Freelance Terms/Rates (Time & Material)

Our rate is $25/hr for works done in our Manila office. In the US, our rate is $60/hr. Per hour work will be billed every two weeks (unless otherwise negotiated) under net 15 terms. 

 

Per Project Terms (Fixed Bid)

Projects must have a clearly defined scope and outline so that both parties can understand what the project entails and sign off on it. Projects can and usually do change. In the case of a project undergoing a major change, we will discuss how this affects the project's budget and timeframe.

 

Projects with a value of $4000 and under are due (unless otherwise negotiated) under net 15 terms.

Projects with a value over $4000 will require 30% to start, 30% at an agreed milestone and 40% due 30 days after project completion.

 

 

When you become a client you will receive your own workspace quickly manage your project.

 

 

In general, to maintain the highest quality of our works, projects are architected and quality engineered in our US office. To reduce the cost, the bulk of the coding is done in our Manila office. This is not to say that the works done in our Manila office are inferior. All our staff, including those in our Manila office, are all certified technical professionals with proven track records in undertaking quality projects.

 

However, we can arrange to do all the work in our US office if that is your requirement.
